When I moved in 2011 to Sussex County, I never looked back! Having the land, affordable taxes and beautiful views was enough for me.

Sussex County is one of the most rural places in New Jersey. However, not every town is rural! That is what makes it so unique. You can have beautiful land for parties, barbecues, and space for the dogs to run, or you can own a house with stunning lake views and use your boat.

Newton, NJ
As the capital of Sussex County, Newton is another gem! Right next to Sparta, you can find in the town of Newton antiques, restaurants, and proximity to the most beautiful trails within the state, like Swartswood.

Newton is a small town with a lot to offer! The Newton theater, home of music and shows, will bring you back in time. With a mix of urban lifestyle and some colonial charm, Newton is attracting a lot of new families. Of course, you can always go hiking, enjoy a picnic by the lake or swim during the summer!
